What will you get from us:

Strength

  • 4 week Invigor Plus workouts – following on from the 6 week programme.

  • Monthly training plan. According to your goals.

  • Access to 2 x LIVE 30 min zoom classes per week. Tuesday 7am Kettlercise; Thursday 8.30am Strength and Core.

Accountability

  • Weekly on-line check in via google form. This is how we track your progress and make any adaptations we need to your programme.

  • 30 min LIVE zoom call every fortnight covering Strength, Lifestyle and Nutrition.

Nutrition

  • 4-week Eat Real Food Programme to kickstart your nutrition.

  • Leading to an 8-week programme according to your goals i.e Lean Muscle or Fat Loss.

Community

  • 1:1 clients have a private Members Only section of their membership where our 1:1 clients can come together with other private clients on the same programme to receive support, encouragement, and the answers they need from us.
