Nicky Watt

I've spent over 20 years helping women feel fitter, stronger and more confident. I started with step classes and BootCamps - now I'm focused on what really matters for women in midlife: strength for everyday life. After completing my Menopause 3rd Age certification, it became clear - strength training isn't optional for us. It's essential. And it can be simple. My passion now is helping women maintain strength for life - no matter where they're starting from.

Jo Little

I know how hard it can be to find your mojo again - especially in midlife. I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and like many women, I've had to rebuild my own confidence and fitness over time. I'm not here to push you -- I'm here to guide and support you as you take this next step for you. You don't have to be "sporty" to get stronger. You just have to begin.
